We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with technical equipment, and ensuring smooth operations — from receiving and testing to packing, shipping, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Preparing Equipment: Ensure all equipment is properly packed and prepared for shipment, following company guidelines.

Shipping: Coordinate and execute outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Receiving & Testing Equipment: Clean, sanitise and inspect incoming equipment, verify shipments against orders, and conduct basic functional tests before storage or distribution.

Inventory Management:  Keep track of stock levels, maintain accurate records, and report discrepancies.

Warehouse Organization:  Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring easy access to tools and equipment.

Collaboration:  Work closely with the logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or similar roles is preferred.

Ability to handle and test technical equipment (training provided).

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Forklift certification (preferred, not mandatory).

Workhour:  0800-1600
