We are now looking for proactive and self-driven Senior Crane Service Engineers who are ready to take responsibility in the field, contribute to technical development, and act as a key ambassador for our company at our customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and lead service and modification work on cranes, winch systems, and material handling equipment – both onshore and offshore, nationally and internationally.
• Execute commissioning, testing, and start-up of our products and third-party equipment.
• Assist in planning and preparation ahead of service assignments.
• Act as the link between the project manager and the customer during project execution on site – with responsibility for communication and coordination.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation to ensure progress and quality.
• Extensive travel is expected in this position, with approximately 120–140 travel days per year depending on project activity.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant vocational certificate, preferably as a mechanic or hydraulic technician.
• Has relevant experience from similar roles with service and modification work on cranes, winch systems, and material handling equipment.
• Maintains a strong focus on HSE and quality in all aspects of work.
• Communicates effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Is a team player who also works well independently – takes initiative, responsibility, and contributes to a positive working environment.
• Builds trust and represents the company professionally in customer interactions.
